AI is moving quickly, and most people don’t really understand what’s being built.

The work is advanced. And the perception of it hasn’t caught up — especially in how it operates at scale.

That gap matters. Because the people shaping this space are choosing where to spend their time. And they don’t respond to messaging. They respond to the work.

We weren’t promoting Amazon as an employer. We were making the work visible in a way that could be understood by the people capable of pushing it forward.

That meant being alongside the teams building it, in the environments where it’s happening. Seeing it directly. Not interpreting it from the outside.

And then making it clear enough that others could see it too. Not simplified, nor repackaged. Just understood.

Success was not needing to convince anyone. It was presenting it to the people who matter, in a way they can recognize it.
